What we collect
The only way this site collects anything from you is the contact form. If you send us a message, we receive:
- your name
- your email address
- what you are interested in, chosen from the list on the form
- the message you write
We do not ask for payment details and there is no account to make.
How we use it
We use what you send to answer your message. This site has no mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details.
Where your message goes
The form sends your message to us by email. This site does not keep a copy. We use Resend, an email delivery service, so your message passes through its servers on the way to us. Once it is in our inbox we keep it there until we delete it, and TODO: how long messages are kept.
Spam protection
To keep spam out, the form has a hidden field that people do not see, and it limits how many messages one internet address can send in ten minutes. The site holds your address in its memory for those ten minutes to count messages and does not store it. If a spam check is triggered, the address may be written to the site's server log.
Cookies and your device
This site does not set cookies. It saves two choices on your own device, in your browser's local storage. One is the light or dark theme you picked, and the other is whether you turned animations off. They stay on your device and are never sent to us. You can clear them in your browser's settings.
Our website host
The site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare handles every visit, including your internet address and details about your browser, so that it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare's own privacy policy explains what it does with that data.
Counting visits
We may count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you or follow you from site to site. If something breaks in your browser while you use the site, the browser may also send the site a short error message and the address of the page.
Other websites
Pictures on this site may load from the servers of the service that hosts them, and when one loads, that server can see your internet address. This site also links to other websites, such as our Instagram page. Each is run by another company, and its own privacy policy applies once you leave this site.
Your choices and questions
To ask what we hold about you, or to have a message deleted, write to hello@livewellmb.com. TODO: the privacy rights that apply where the business works, for example in the EU, the UK, California or Mexico.
Changes to this page
We update this page when the site changes how it handles information. The date at the top is when we last reviewed it.
